「The staff at the front desk were amazing! So helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The staff member working at the breakfast lounge did not seem like she had any interest in being there. But the food was great and the room was perfect! We had an amazing stay in Thunder Bay!」

「What a truly great place! It really stood out above the rest on our trip across Canada. I’m wondering if the people who posted poor reviews were posting for the wrong hotel? It’s a small hotel only a dozen rooms and pretty full so would not have had “plenty of rooms available” like the one reviewer wrote. The rooms are not big but very nicely laid out. 「A very ideal place to stay any length of state. The apartments were spacious, all the amenities needed, lots of parking, near a small shopping mall pick up any extras you may have forgotten. The entire set up was perfect. Large washroom. And top everything off incredible stuff. Desiree went above and beyond or call of duty. We will definitely go back there again or anywhere they have Lux inn chain」
