「Hot tub closed … after we called ahead to make sure it was open , disappointing but whatever . We booked this hotel because our car broke down/ on a Saturday. Obviously no shops were open till Monday. So Monday morning we decided to add another night to be safe in case car was not ready . Well turns out our car was ready an hour after check out . Expedia understood our situation and agreed to cancel the one night if hotel agreed ( have proof of that in a chat ) . I went to front desk explaining...
