"We stayed in one of the new looking units for two nights. Outside was cold, windy and raining. In the unit it was toasty warm with a great gas fireplace. Easy parking. Unit ED9 was a great place to stay. A couple of things to know: There is no WiFi in the unit but the cell signal was strong. The water in the faucets is not drinkable without first boiling. I wish I knew that before arriving as I would have bought more drinking water. There is not much in the way of groceries around so bring food. The restaurant next door is good but make reservations in advance."

"Comfort Inn with the new management was great experience, we had lovely stay the staffs and Dave were very accommodating and has been like a family to us and in staying. We will soon be back and checking in with them. "

"The Beach Hotel was a well appointed, central location in Burnie. My room was clean and well presented. My only problem was trying to work out the TV - probably a bit too high tech for me. Not a major issue. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Our cabin was delightful. Spacious and comfortable, with a real wood fire and a spa bath. The lodge is lovely. There is a large, inviting reception area with comfortable seating and board games, etc. There are two dining options on site: a fancy restaurant and a casual tavern. We enjoyed the fancy restaurant, and I appreciated that they let my son order from the children’s tavern menu. Wooden boardwalks connect everything on the site, so you can meander from cabin to lodge easily. "
