"The parking lot is really torn up upon arrival. Lobby was clean and staff was fairly friendly upon checking in. Pool area was fun for the kids with toys and floaties available for them to use. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool area, so it was slightly in convenient having to hunt them down (after being told they should be in the cabinet in the pool area). The worst part was our room smelled like dirty, wet dog! It smelled so bad and hit you in the face every time we came back to the room. There were stains on the carpet and on the bedding that should gave been taken care of. We would not stay here again."

"The room was large but not exactly clean. There was something sticky on the floor and it looked as if it wasn’t swept. There were no toiletries and just a couple towels in the bathroom. In the kitchen, there was no dish soap, paper towels, etc. The “free breakfast” was laughable. It was coffee and prepackaged muffins. Not a continental breakfast by any means. There were kids from travel baseball running everywhere. The parents just let them run up and down the halls on the floor above us at 5:30 am. I was disappointed with this stay and probably will not book with them in the future."

"The rooms are newly remodeled, but very dirty. Our room was covered in an inch of dust, there was a dirty towel hanging in the shower and a half drank gatorade in the fridge. Either we got a bad room or the reviews on hotels.com are very wrong about this hotel. It was a good price and they have a good thing going on if only they would keep it cleaned."
