「Very cool historic hotel in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Visitors must check out the speakeasy next door. 」

「Check in was easy. The desk attendant was super nice and knowledgeable.」

「Booked the room then read the reviews, and got nervous. Our experience was good. Clean place. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up at the desk. Got checked in and went to the room to find that the a/c was not working. Went and reported it and the maintenance man was there in under 2 minutes. He fixed it but it took forever to cool the room. Beds were ok, shower was good. Breakfast was quite lacking. Eggs that are cooked right there on the counter and the gravy was straight out...

「This is an interesting place. The mirrors around the bed could definitely be a draw -- they were for me. Just to see them. The light over the "vanity" didn't work, and the "shower" is a handheld nozzle loosely taped to the place where the showerhead could/should be. There's a tiled heart on the floor of the vanity. Full refrigerator with freezer, which was very handy for my car cooler ice packs. The water was hot, the wifi was decent, the views of a storm were awesome. They had hot coffee in the...
