「this was more like an Air B&B experience than a hotel experience. Very comfortable beds and bedding, beautiful property, friendly communication with host.」

「The road to get to the lodge was very narrow, and we almost went into a ditch trying to let a maintenance truck go through. The room that we were given was right above the restaurant, and it felt like we were put in an office rather than an actual lodging room. It was away from the other rooms in the lodge, which felt weird. The room did not have a number on the door or beside it, so we had difficulty finding it. The bed was rock hard, and the pillows were very flat. The door to the room came up...

「The room felt smelly and dirty. Blow dryer didn’t work well, it was very old and sticky. Shower floor was dirty. Definitely wouldn’t choose the tower next time and opt for the spa tower.」

「I would drive right passed this place and go onto the next hotel if I were you. We booked online so didn't realize how bad it was. The lobby looks great but as soon as you get around the corner the place is horrible. The pool area was trash. The bar/grill was great. Had very good food but it's not owned by the hotel.」
