「While, the lodge is charming, our room was freezing. We had the fireplace and heat as high as it would go. the room never got above 60. There was no blanket on our bed and no blankets were available in our room. The desk was unmanned after 11 and phone messages were unanswered. Hopefully, this issue has been corrected. 」

「The staff was very attentive. Izak was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was very accommodating to some special needs.
I didn't appreciate having to sign up for the Hilton honors to get access to the wifi.
Overall a good stay and would stay there again and would feel comfortable recommending to others」
