「Michigan City leaves a little to be desired, but the Blue Chip is a nice property with good food and reasonable room rates. I would come here again.」

「This is a lovely, vintage style resort hotel next to the E Calumet River and a few minutes from the Dunes National Park. The rooms are large and comfortable. (Though the beds are very high). There is a Pizzeria Uno on the property and a meeting or bridal center. Breakfast is the same hot breakfast and do it yourself pancakes or cereal that you get in many similarly priced hotels. I did appreciate the 24-hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine. Excellent WiFi. Lovely pool. Great staff. 」
