"The whole place looks run down and mostly unkept. The pictures make it look much nicer than it actually is."

"Great stay! The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious. It was not far of a walking distance to Ball Arena for concerts. "

"The hotel is very nice, clean, and has great amenities. The biggest downside is that the bed is very hard and uncomfortable. We asked for 4 extra pillows, but they said they only had two. Even with the extra pillows it didn’t help. I tried sleeping on the couch and it was the hardest couch I'd ever sat on. It's a shame they haven't upgraded the beds or couches because the rest of the hotel and room is very good. I love the indoor pool and spa, and the breakfast is nice. "
