"The property itself was beautiful and peaceful. The flowers were beautiful. The only thing that we did not care for was the dining at the lodge. We felt that the food was only sub-par. We will suggest taking a short drive (if you have a car) into Silverthorne at eat there. We ate at "Sauce on the blue" and it was very good. We definitely would stay here again but eat at other places."

"We had a fabulous time at Hotel Colorado! I cannot say enough positive words about Leyna, the hotel front desk manager. What a gem! She helped me with our reservations - 8 rooms, 25 guests, for our family reunion. Leyna was so accommodating, friendly, sweet and she made us feel totally welcome at the hotel. We ate at the hotel restaurant and number of times and the food was quite good! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were fresh and clean. Hotel Colorado was historic and there were old photos throughout and they were enjoyable to see. We loved the location - directly across from the famous hot springs, which were great! I would definitely recommend this hotel in Glenwood Springs Colorado!"
