「They had a leak under the building causing a bad smell and warped floors. They have fans next to several holes dug beneath the foundation. It's still a great place though.」

「Beautiful location. Rooms on the small side for a luxury hotel. New staff I found not very helpful. 」

「Had a wonderful stay at The Loren. Our room and bathroom were large, clean and well appointed. The staff was so friendly and I love the pool! Room service was quick and delicious. My only concern was that the electric shade in our room stopped working. 」

「If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay this may not be the one. Unfortunately you can hear everything from the rooms next to yours. Our first night we couldn’t get to sleep because kids next room were crying and loud until after 2 am . We contacted the front office to make sure kids were supervised by adults around 12am but the crying and loud noise didn’t go away after 2am」

「Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. 」
