「I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel was clean and had a full kitchen. However, I felt there was a lack of hot water when I took a shower, and I do wish that they offered continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly also, and I will definitely stay there again if I travel back to Texas.」

The clerk said there wasnt anything that could be done about the noise. The toilet backed up and I called the front desk for a plunger to be sent to the room as I just got out of the shower and was told I had to come down to get it it. 「The room keys were not properly created and had to be reset. Housekeeping comes every second day, although this wasn’t communicated at check in. The person at the front desk was not overly accommodating. The hard surfaces on the hotel room floor were sticky and dirty. Never again will I stay at this property.」

「The property was very clean and had great amenities. It's in a great location close to many restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to place to stay when visiting San Antonio.」

「Clean comfy Studio Rooms Great location to the hospital and beautiful surroundings. Every Staff Member has been so nice and welcoming! Went above and beyond to help us when the Ac in one of our rooms wasn’t working properly. Breakfast is Free and good! They have many amenities. 」

「The Staff was amazing, we did experience a couple of issues but the Staff was able to work them out as quickly as possible (air went out in the room, lost hot water for about 24 hours). Even with that I would still recommend and stay here again. 」

「Room was clean, quiet and very nice. It got a bit loud at time, I can hear the children next door playing or rough housing. Might be cool to have an adults only section. Breakfast was good but overcrowded and the guests were a bit impatient and rude. Overall, great for families. Staff was very attentive and seeet. Will definitely stay here again but next time will skip the breakfast.」
