"The stay was great, they were renovating the property but other than that the room was clean had plenty of amenities for me and my kids. The kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby....."

"I love this hotel. I stayed for 4 days and it was great. The front desk staff was great. The kitchen staff was great. The items they had for breakfast every day was amazing. The only problem I had was the the house keeping staff never cleaned or did anything in my room at all. I even told the front desk and they told them to clean my room and they still didn’t do it. I had to go get fresh towels daily from the front desk staff. The day that I was leaving they came to clean my room and it seemed like they had an attitude about it. That is my only complaint about this property. "
"They were great. Was able to get me and my family in for 2 nights because our other hotel Hampton A/C broke and they would not fix. Hyatt was so much better and had more food and shopping to get to quickly."
