「The character of the property was excellent although you park at the rear and enter from the rear so you don’t see the full glory of the plantation house. Lovely courtyard area. A traditionalBreakfast of fresh fruit eggs, biscuit and meat gravy. Vegetarian option just one biscuit one egg. Good quality hairdryer and iron there is also a fridge and microwave. 」

「The room was clean, but the floors were slippery as if someone mopped with grease. The TV isn't a smart tv. The tub had a slow leak, therefore showering was hard. The ac wouldn't consistently stay cold. 」

「I was very disappointed that this location was closed due to damages. Instead of reaching out and notifying me they didn’t. They say if my reservation I got to the location just to find they were closed and I was not able to get my rewards back that I used towards the room.」

The vaulted ceilings, and beautiful attention to details in the interior design made this a new place to stay when we visit! 」

「The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. 」

「You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!」

「It says it’s renovated but it’s not pillows are dirty and bath towels stained , no shampoo in dispenser , front desk man very rude . Easy parking close to everything. 」

「the hotel was so dirty, at the registration they ask you if you smoke, then them said if they caught you smoking the will give a penalty charge, but when you enter into the room smell like a smoke shop, then the people around the hotel yell to much 」

「Upon arrival i was taken aback. There was a tarp on the roof on signs of construction in the front yard. In order to get into the home you have to walk around the house to the back door. Upon entry there were signs of water damage in the ceiling. Fast forward l....had electricity upon check-in but after returning, about 5 hours later the electricity said look for me.....yeah not an ounce of electricity at the residence. The home could really use an update. Aside from the electrcity issue, i felt...
