"This hotel was absolutely wonderful and excellent value for money. When we booked - only basic rooms were available, but they were perfect in every way with gorgeous bathrooms. Only a city view room was available and we were concerned about noise - however the soundproofing was excellent. Restaurant and bar facilities were wonderful with friendly , professional staff. The location is excellent- right on the beach. Free beach towels made afternoons on the beech enjoyable. Perfectly located to visit all attractions. Couldn't recommend highly enough and would definitely recommend book if visiting the area again"

"This is a great central location. The staff were great from the desk staff to the cleaning staff, all were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. Air con worked well. The windows could be opened and when closed insulated you from outside city noise well. Not all at disappointed with our hotel choice in Bilbao."

"Clean room, staff were very helpful, they stored my medication in a fridge and kindly put football on the TV in the lobby bar for us when we couldn't find it showing elsewhere. We didn't use any amenities so only gave 4 stars."

"This was a great location for our stay, the check in was so easy as we checked in online. Our room was clean and tidy and sustainability focused. We had a room on the front of the hotel and it was so quiet so sleeping was prefect."

"Excellent hotel with wonderful friendly staff. The hotel room was clean and spacious with all the amenities you need, including an excellent steamer to get rid of those luggage creases. One tip: be careful of booking airport transfers through Expedia! Expedia will try and charge you for a transfer you didn’t request or confirm"
