「The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially, the reception service, e.g. Wayne and Lin who has multi language skills to facilitate the communication. The buffet breakfast is good as the hotel provides a variety of food. My room did not have any chair, however, the staff could help out to find one as reqeuested.」

「酒店鄰近大型商場，用膳和購物都非常方便。三人房放了兩張雙人床，所餘走動的空間不多，亦只有一個行李位空間，三個人有三個行李箱，其餘兩個行李無位打開。」

「Lovely apartment with everything needed, water and milk in fridge and even a couple of dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. Only down side was 2 double beds with no option of twins but happily provided more bedding for one of our teenagers to bunk on the sofa. So close to town and more than happy to hold our bags on arrival and departure. Actually turned up at 10 and said they would call when the room was ready and got a call in less than 5mins. Lovely spacious apartments woild definitely book...

「The apartment is suspicious with complete kitchen equipments and tools. We enjoy cooking in the apartment. The bed is comfy. However, some room has bad smell. And the water heater has problem. We had to wait half hour for hot water after each peoples took a shower. Plus the cleaning standard is so so. Overall, the experience is so so.」

「AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The property tried to charge me twice. The apartment owner is also very rude on the phone with poor communication. Once I had booked, I arrived at the apartment to find out I can't be let in the building because all staff had gone home. I asked why am able to book if no one is available to let me in and he told me I booked to late. He then asked me to send £700 to his account in order for him to send someone to let me in. I declined and said we will leave it only to wake up...

「旅店有5层楼高，房间在4楼，没有电梯，厕所，洗浴在3楼，门卡搞不好就消磁，住了一晚上上下下三次，晚上上厕所也被关在门外，床塌陷严重，是很严重，有厨房，能煮食，但厨具就无法忍受，锅都是锈，有如马路边的废品，没有吃饭用刀叉，防火门出来进去啪啪响，早餐牛奶，面包，果酱，荞麦片，前台小哥服务还不错，地点好，离巴士站不远。21磅的12人间，心里有点冤」
