「Very pleasant stay experience」

「Was given a barrier free access rm,.. due to the shower base being a zero curb style of a unit I managed to get more water on the bathroom floor then on myself - contain it within that stall, mopped it up with all the rm towels that I could. An interesting stay to say the least, no I’m not sure if I booked that rm by choice or if they were that full as I could only count like 3 cars in the parking lot, 1 being mine, Also front desk never asked or said anything upon check in… weird」

「Our family, (two adults, two kids) recently stayed for one night mid week in July. The hotel is mid-value priced but you definitely get trade offs for this. Our room was on the second floor, but we had to hike our gear upstairs because there is no elevator. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room had all the amenities of a hotel at this price point. However. At 1 am, there was a distinct cigar/cigarette smell wafting into our room that woke me up, which was confirmed by the front desk...

「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply.
