"At first the amenities were sparse but good communication & fast response cleared up most discrepancies .Needed more kitchen supplies, towels & pillows plus hair dryer & glasses. Good location. Comfort- kitchen table to use & large tv but noisy due to no carpeting & sparse furnishings."

"Var på genomresa och detta hotell låg rätt geografiskt.
Men, när man väl bokat så får man meddelande från hotellet att man måste registrera sig i en app för att få kod att komma in på hotell och rum. Vilket kostar extra... väldigt irriterande.
Frukosten väldigt basal, så det var ingen höjdare men funkar.
På morgonen innan vi hunnit checka ut ville de komma in med 2st elektriker som skulle kontroller elen... Dummaste jag hört, så det nekade jag till. Stick och brinn.

"An outside construction was in progress during my stay. Quite unpleasant, just outside of my window. At the arrival, I received a bottle of Italian Frizzante, as an apology. Nice gesture.
Bed was confortable, room was clean. However, drain in the shower did not work well. Breakfast was OK, but with pastry few days old.
Check out was not very pleasant, basically ruined my stay. I was left with mixed feelings."
