I have always stayed at Novotel when visiting Szeged over the years. This however was my last visit as I no longer have a reason travelling there. But I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to pop over to Szeged. It’s an ideal place to stay in, remarkably convenient and the staff are great.

Excellent location in town, Parking price quite expensive. Next time I’d just park it on the road behind! Nice room & comfortable bed. Good A/c Nice bathroom if very small

Clean, new, nice view, family friendly, close to the city centre and the river side. As for parking you have to pay and reserve your spot in the hotel parking otherwise you have to park in the street and its free of charge after 8 or 6 pm i cant remember exactly. The minibar was empty , they dont use plastic water bottles so you should buy your own water bottle from the supermarket. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff speak english . Clean rooms and bathrooms and spacious.
