From the proximity to the train station and airport, the friendliness of the staff, the well organised layout of the rooms, the availability of the bar and restaurant, the all round cleanliness, the provision of tea and coffee and the incredible showers. We would 100% stay her again when flying from Manchester airport and recommend it to anyone"

"It was nice that this hotel offered luggage storage. The check in was horrendous! Tons of people waiting to check in, and rooms weren't ready. Got to the room, and it had crumbs and stains on the desk. The bathroom was a great size, but a divider between the toilet and shower would have been nice. I would stay again, but with the knowledge to not check in until at least an hour after check in time or maybe 2."

"We were told we could have a nice upgrade for $200 with a nice view. Our room had a view of the train and nothing else. It was very disappointing and we felt swindled. I would not stay at your hotel again. The staff were not overly pleasant either. "

"Very well located hotel. Overexpensive like any other accommodation in Copenhague. Room is very small but it's ok. The bed linen had blood stains. They charge you for storing baggage, basically they rent you lockers that are not that expensive and are convenient. Don't have early checking but sometimes they offer you an "upgrade" for an available room which is basically same room but higher (view it's the same) and with "different layout". It's still reasonable in terms of early checking prices."
