「I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. 」

「Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Like apartment, you have kitchen, bathroom, living room and so on. Not so many choices but good breakfast. It’s not safe in Calama, so it’s a good idea to choose a hotel like this with gate and security. 」

「The room was clean and just about the right size. The walls are very thin and so you can hear the guests in the next room. The staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast options were good.」
