「very clean, comfortable, the room size is just right」

「The hotel is great, rooms are huge with fantastic view. Expedia mentions “Bag service”, but the receptionist mentioned that they do not have this service. Bathrooms are clean and huge. The view is beautiful + the room has a balcony. The so is really good, the restaurant was good (they made a few errors with our bill, so we had to make several corrections - so check your bill). Area around is crowded and seemed unsafe to walk around, but hotel certainly felt safe and comfortable. 」

「I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. 」
