「The staff kept an “incidental fee” pending charge on my credit card for more than 10 days (and continuing) after I checked out. Hampton Inn & Suites is known for this outrageous tactic, keeping pending charges on guests’ credit cards for weeks after checking out. I am filing a complaint w the BBB, NM Atty General’s office and FBI online fraud center. Also, behind this hotel is a dog that barks all hours of the night. If you get a room on the back side of the hotel, you will hear and see the dog....

「This historic Fred Harvey property was clean and attractive. It was renovated and reopened in 2019. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and anticipated and fulfilled our every need. We’ve stayed here several times in the past and will stay here again, highly recommend. 」

「Staff were very nice and helpful. Recommended a place to eat which was very good. Room was clean and everything was in good working order. A little older hotel but not anything to take away from our stay. Will stay there again. It was a friday nite and a highschool team was there so the noise in the hall was loud up until around 9;30. Then in the morning at 5am the doors started opening and closing loudly for about 1 and 1/2 hours till they were all out of their rooms. Not the hotels fault but...
