「We couldn't believe how spacious this apartment was! Kristi, the manager, communicated with us before and during our stay, and even had a welcome basket with goodies waiting for us in the kitchen. Our unit had a great living room, full kitchen, bedroom with two big beds, and pull-out sofa. And TWO full bathrooms. After a long day of hiking, it was just perfect for the three of us. We fully recommend High Plains Lodge!」

「There were dirty towels from a previous guest hanging on the bathroom door. The flooring in the room was poorly installed and loose. I had to wipe up a spill of water and it was also filthy. The continental breakfast was very substandard. Very limited selections and no water or juice.」

「The only problem was the young lady who worked Friday after 4. She spent so much time taking care of the little girl about 6 or 7 that the guest were treated as an inconvenience. Carlos who checked us in went above a different beyond. The people making the breakfast were awesome. Do not let」
