「Very clean. Room was great. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Would like them to offer some kind of breakfast.」

「⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing stay. The room was in poor condition—the refrigerator, closet, bathroom shower, and even the toilet paper holder were broken or damaged. The room also did not feel clean. Another major inconvenience was that there is no elevator to the 4th floor. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service. The staff was rude and unhelpful. When we raised our concerns, we were simply told to "book somewhere else," but they were not willing to cancel or offer any assistance....

「Loved location of room and the ability to walk anywhere in downtown east Tawas. I didn’t like that we weren’t able to check-in to our room until after 5:30pm as they said it wasn’t ready yet at 4:00 pm which is check in time. Also beds weren’t comfortable for me but that may be a personal preference.」

「I was satisfied with total stay at Super 8 Only one thing that could make it better is breakfast. All carbs no protein. Maybe hard boiled eggs would add to a nicer breakfast.」
