「Property was alright. We did run into multiple issues during our 3 night stay. 1. Stained sheets on the bed. Gross. 2. Wifi wouldn't connect in the room. Had to go to lobby to use it and even then it was glitchy. I complained MULTIPLE times and none of the staff followed up with me. Poor customer service. 3. Our A/C - heater unit stopped working so we had to move rooms at 11am at night. Frustrating!!
I want to shout out Alex, the maintenance man. He was very helpful, apologetic and validated...
「The hotel front desk staff was very enthusiastic and the breakfast was delicious. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose to stay here again.」
