「Clean rooms, staff were great! Stayed during storm, they could have done better moving snow in parking lot. Got stuck, but Guest Clerk come out and help push me out.」

「Rooms are always outstanding along with the staff who makes sure our stay was amazing. We always book 2 rooms so grandkids can stay with us for quality time while visiting. They love the breakfast which cannot be better. Just fantastic food. Again, staff is so accommodating and just a joy. We will be back again since we only stay at Best Western Plus in Dubuque. 」

「Room was very clean (and I'm a stickler for clean). The evening staff member was wonderful! Breakfast was better than the usual breakfast fare. Fresh fruit, normal hot foods, yogurt, PB, decaffeinated tea, etc. We've stayed here before and will do so again. No complaints by me.」
