"Great service, "

"The room was spacious, air-conditioning worked well bed was old and lumpy but sufficient for 1 night. The technology to check in was not working properly and took us 15 minutes to get our keys as their card reader was not working and the staff said they always have issues with it. Staff also blamed our credit card and wanted us to log into our bank account to " make sure we had suffuciant funds". All for a $50 damage deposite???? Sounded super fushy so we refused. Then their excuse was that since they tried 4 times to charge us and it didn't go through our card was locked which has happened multiple times according to the desk check in person and that I needed to produce a second credit card. I again called BS. The manager was finally called and she tried 2 times to use my card at which time it worked. The staff never apologized for the inconvenience after this. I will never go back and warn caution to those who are thinking of staying here. "

"Everything about the property and staff was good, but the mattress was terrible. No one uses metal spring mattresses anymore, if they change the nattress, and increase there pilliws, then I will give 100% to Everything!"

"It was a great start with my mom for a girl's weekend. My only disappointment was that when we ordered room service it came in a paper bag and was all disposable. If I had known that, I could have door dashed something. We ordered from the restaurant because we wanted to eat on proper dishes."

"I don't normally sleep well in a hotel, but here I slept so late I missed breakfast! The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The large shower had decent water pressure, and lots of hot water."

"The breakfast was ordinary. Nothing out of the norm. The stay was just a stop over so it wasn't a big deal. However, for the price, I didn't get the feeling to match as I entered both the property and the room. The was a feeling of oldness lingering. "

"The AC unit was old and extremely loud, fixtures need updating / repair. Room felt dark and dirty. Stayed a second time on way back to airport, and was put in a room with no working AC, then one that smelled horribly of smoke, then a quite nice room. I’d say the stay depends on the room you get"
