「The main reason we chose this hotel was for the hot tub. We got up early to sit in the hot tub before heading into our day, but the pool/hot tub area doesn't open until 9 am. Checkout is at 11 am. Why can't this room be opened at 7 am?
When we addressed this with the morning desk clerk, she was not very nice or understanding. Some compassion training would be helpful.
And finally, I reserved this room through Expedia, paying for it In advance. When I checked out, the clerk charged me AGAIN...
