Wonderful room. The staff is always friendly and remembers you when you return. The grounds are spacious with excellent views and the breakfast buffet that is included with the rental has a good variety of food and drinks in a spacious double diningroom. A favorite.

Brand new finishes, beds and exteriors. Continental breakfast is lux and fresh. The view from any room is amazing and being like 10 mins from ptown is perfect. The owners have really breathed new life into this inexpensive landmark.

Perfection. Pristine property. Recently renovated clean room and very friendly staff. Amazing view of the bay and sunset. Short trails around the property were a nice way to enjoy nature. Booked here for the free continental breakfast, which was good, but was really impressed with everything else. Will definitely be back again sometime.

Great location just outside Provincetown. Visited lighthouses, the Truro winery and watched a beautiful beach sunset. Took a dip in the pool. Saw kids playing pickleball. Breakfast was good hours to start our day. Room cleaning was fast and non invasive.
