"Really enjoyed my two night stay. Breakfast was great and the proximity to both baseball and football stadiums was A+. Staff is helpful and friendly. Wish they could dispense with the added parking charge but that is unlikely in most centrally located urban settings."

"This is an older hotel, but the location to downtown is excellent. There was some remodeling and updates going on at the front desk and entry area. The breakfast area was also being remodeled so we had breakfast in a temporary room (however, it worked great). The breakfast staff was amazing. Everything was filled and there was a good variety of breakfast items. The rooms were a little outdated, but like I mentioned earlier, this is an older hotel. I can there are updates being made. We were happy with the location and felt safe in the area. We would stay at the Residence Inn in Pittsburgh again if we were back visiting this area."

"The hotel was beautiful and classy. The rooms were very nice and clean. My one complaint was the lighting - it was SO dark. There are no overhead lights in the room, just two very dim lamps. But not only that, they have some sort of tint on the windows AND the mirror so you don't even get natural light. I was trying to do my makeup in the mirror and it looked like I was trying to do it at 8pm with no lights on, but it was noon. This is such a minor complaint but it made it difficult to get ready. Other than that one thing the rest of our stay was lovely and comfortable."
