Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. Our day of traveling was horrible, and we arrived late, (Just before 11 pm) We weren't in the greatest place mentally but she made us rest easy with check in, info and her smile. The room was great, bed was very comfortable. We wanted for nothing, it was all there. Although our stay was quite brief, we would certainly stay her again!」
