"Convenient location with excellent garden surroundings. Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice pillows. Large, well equipped bathroom. The room had an aircon that looked brand new but when running it made a growling noise in the pipework every 30 seconds or so - fortunately the weather was such that it was not required on during the night. Planned to have a quick dinner on site only to find the kitchen was operating that evening. Turned out to be blessing in disguise as we instead drove to a Thai restaurant about 5 minutes away and had a fantastic meal there."

"The room was a bit small and the aircon was noisy to start with and settled to an acceptable level. Breakfast is not available and the receptionist only suggestion was to go to McDonalds which I thought was a bit poor as there are a number of eatery's in Rockhampton that are much better."

"An excellent place to stay. The individual villa units are very spacious and comfortable. The amenities are excellent (although the was only the one fork in the cutlery drawer). We have stayed at Casa Nostra previously and would be happy to stay again."

"Clean room, beatifully kept garden and pool area. Graham (Rusty) our host was fantastic and really made everyone feel welcome. I liked his 5pm BYO bar and he made us some grest pizzas. It is obvious he lives what he does."

"I was a little on edge when firat booking my stay here, as i have never rented out a tent and there are not a lot of photos of the place that i was able to find. But i was very impressed when i arrived. The facility has a large communal kitchen with everything you would need to make a meal Including two refridgerators a small oven, a microwave and a couple of grills. The swag tents are actually the most comfortable place i have ever stayed that wasnt "home". The mattresses are amazing and the eco deck was the perfect spot to rest. I would recommend this place to everryone. What an absolute gem of a find! "
