"This hotel needs a massive renovation! It's old and run down, probably was new about 35-40 years ago. You can move the shower head arm around in the wall, and the tubs are cracked. It took 20 minutes to get luke warm water. On the upside, the staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was great! The bar needs to open new bottles of wine every 5 days or so. "

"I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and it wasn’t anything like my experience in Nov when I also stayed there and had a great time. First of all my bedsheet had a blood stain and looked worn, I requested to have it changed but no response till I left. Then my toilet clogged and even though I reported it three times to the front desk, it took them almost 14 hours to come and fix it . I complained and requested to have my room changed but was told the hotel was full and I would be on a waitlist and of course they never called me. The offered me a complimentary breakfast for all my trouble, imagine that! For the traumatic experience of not being able to use my own toilet for over 12 hours. That weekend the hotel was so rowdy perhaps because of spring break but the ladies guest toilet on the ground floor was stinking. This was inexcusable for a hotel of that standard. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed "

"Place looked like a ghetto and the people sraying too is old, outfstex a weird things goung on like an old employee couple that I gueds does maintenance seemed to be bringing stuff from inside to their gray SUV car, the front desk a mess the employees at front desk not even presentable and a group of men that looked like gangsters on premises interacting and talking and walking back and forth weird! The room was clean though! The lock be on door did t feel safe!"
