北麥爾托海灘平價飯店，旅行前必看！

「We were able to change rooms once we got there because the carpet was dirty & there wasn’t a washer & dryer. When we checked in, I was told you could not get clean towels & bath cloths because we had a washer & dryer. The staff were not consistent in the information they provided. Most were rude except for Chris (manager). The cleaning staff came in twice before we checked out. Seems like they would be updated in real time once people checked out. My daughter and her friend were getting dressed...

「Hotel has nice access to beach and convenient to a few decent restaurants. Room layout is a bit weird with beds as you walk in, then kitchen area then bathroom area then living area. Beds were very firm and pillows were overly stuffed and firm. Not very comfortable. Smelled both cigarette and pot smoke around rooms, lobby, and on balcony the whole stay. Pool, lazy river and jacuzzi were not kept clean during the stay (yuck!). No beach towels offered. After the bike weekend and Memorial Day,...

「We love the design of this resort which has generously sized rooms and balconies. The property is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. There are several comfortable outdoor spaces. The staff is friendly and professional - and are very responsive to questions and needs. Kitchen space is very convenient. The free breakfast is excellent with a hot breakfast buffet, in additional to continental breakfast choices. We love the walkable neighborhood and the proximity to a small shopping area....

「A gentleman named Henry checked us in and he was great. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous, the room was very clean, easy access to the beach and the shops. No golf cart parking needs to be added to the website and the rooms are dated but all in all we had great time!!」
