「Loved the property - will likely stay again.
We booked through Exprdia at a given rate. At check-in we were given a complimentary upgrade to a historic room. We later realized we were charged for the upgraded room.
A call to the front desk quickly resulted in a credit back to us. Overall, we'd were very happy with our stay.」
「Beautiful hotel right near the St. L Arch. Nice area.
The lady at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was using AMEX Hilton gift cards and she knew exactly how to help me. Thank you」
