Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch

Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch

8/10 Good
"We loved the location! Starbucks and Ruth's Chris were great. Our room was musty smelling, we didn't like the bedding because we kept getting twisted up in all it, the mattress was not on the platform all the way so there was a very sharp corner that taunted us and the curtains would not close all the way. These were minor annoyances, over all we had a great mini vacay in The Lou!"

"We had a nice time at the resort and the staff were friendly and helpful. Not many complaints but the room smelled like it had been smoked in for years but they painted the walls to cover it up. Other than that it’s a fine place to stay for a concert."

"Check in was easy & quick. We were running late but timed it just right since dinner was being served. We were able to make it to the concert in time. We normally stay at the Drury hotel if there is one in the area. It is very convenient to be able to eat dinner & breakfast were we stay. Thank you to the staff for being very helpful."

"The hotel stay was wonderful. The staff was very courteous. The issue was the parking in the area but would come back if I can."

"Nice clean room. Pool was closed , was looking forward to it, wish they served breakfast as well. But over all a great stay at a good price."

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham

8/10 Good
"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The value is good - a better than expected hotel for the price. There were 2 issues for this last stay. I had a room with an adjacent wall to the elevator area, and the elevator is very loud and clunky when the door opens and shuts. I could hear it all day and all night long (good thing I had good earplugs). Make sure to get a room away from the elevator. Also, the cable tv system is a mess. The channels don't match what the cable guide on the TV says nor what the icon in the corner of the screen says. Also, many of the channels they're supposed to have say "no signal." Not a huge deal but definitely annoying. A simple piece of paper in the room which lists the real channels would certainly help."
