「The hotel and room smelled. The carpet needed to be replaced. There were cigarettes all over the pavement. Couldn’t tell if bedding had been changed. However the restaurant Villa Amore was very good. Good great service.」

「Property on the whole was okay but not up to Hilton’s usual quality. Room was spacious but toilet bowl kept running throughout the night. You had to flush several times to get it to stop. Hotel was tucked behind another hotel and a Perkins restaurant so not any kind of a view. Check in and out was smooth and easy.」

「Hotel is outdated, showerhead is old and plugged, poor breakfast, ac was not running when we 1st walked in the room and it was 100 outside, checked out 2 days early but couldn't get a refund.」

「Bathtub and toilet were not cleaned for a week in our week’s stay, even after informing. Only trash was taken out.the towels provided were too old. Breakfast counter had no plates or bowls.」

「When you first arrive the first impression is not very good the outside of the property is nasty with trash and not well kept. The desk clerk upon arrival not friendly I can’t believe by 2pm you have no rooms available we had a wedding and just needed to change clothes the clerk was not helpful at all. When we did arrive later a different clerk was friendly and the room was clean and nicer then we expected. Breakfast left a lot to be desired pretty much coffee and yogurt.」
