「Thank you for making this property comfortable. The check-in was easy. Lights had been left on as I was not arriving till late. I booked a 1 bed property but was surprised to receive a 3 bed but only used 1. I did find that a few windows were left open, bathroom exhaust fans were running and the back door was unlocked but nothing had been touched internally. The bed was very comfortable. I was surprised to find there were no coat hangers in the property, no milk in the fridge but this was not a...

「not a good time to check in, no service at all after Christmas day, the worst is hotel did not send me the check in information, eg. entry code, room no., etc. Then, as a overseas tourist, cannot have a local phone for this purpose, have to ask another room customer how to check in. Therefore, we have to choose our room by ourself...a bit disppointed by the nearly no facilities at all in the room, eg. small fridge, boiling pot.」

「Stayed overnight for a concert nearby. The staff were wonderful in welcoming us & assisting with arranging a shuttle bus to and from the venue. Food was very good & the accommodation very comfortable & clean. Will definitely stay there again. Such a good experience 」
