There are better options for the money close by. Cockroaches in room and bathroom, poor shower etc - other comments are accurate. Bed was comfy enough, but that’s about it.

1. The room smells mouldy or wet carpet. 2. The three panel shower screen in the bathroom is missing a panel therefore the bathroom floods. 3. Mirrors are broken. 4. Water marks on the carpet. 5. Fridge in the common room is mouldy. 6. But to be fair the bed is clean and aircon is cold.

The room was clean, with all the comforts you need, but fittings were falling apart. Nothing that couldn't be fixed in 5 minutes with a screwdriver. No hot water in the shower sucked though

I wasn’t confident about self checking into building and room the key pad at the entry wasn’t operating properly and I had to call the emergency number which they then reset remotely. The room was clean and good bed. There was no waste bin in the room and no lamps so either the main light was on or you were in the dark.

Not as advertised

Pretty sub standard. Pictures on advertising make the place seem better than it is. Had trouble putting in silly codes for doors to gain entry.

My room smelt terrible like cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room and not smoky inside. When washed my pjs, smell was in them so I'm not sure whether the sheets were washed before I arrived. Showed a nice share kitchen but I couldn't find any utensils or crockery. Air con broke on my last night there and only able to open window a very shirt way for ventilation anyway. The booking staff were nice.

Bed clean and comfortable; noisy Aircon - no info about operation. No info about power of microwave oven. Would like manual for appliances. Apparently no recycling on premises - cleaning staff knew little English and could not advise how to prevent recyclable waste going to landfill.

This could be a junkies paradise, which my husband and I definitely do not fit in! There was nowhere to park our vehicle other than on the street, around the corner from a working phone booth where it was obvious a drug deal was occurring. The shared kitchen was disgraceful and dirty! This property was nothing like the Wotif blurb! Should be shutdown. I requested a refund and was told it was up to the Manager, who couldn’t even be bothered contacting me to discuss! DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION!!!

The A/C in the room 201 assigned to me smells so bad when turned on. The bathroom & kitchen floor, desktop & kitchen bench were unclean & full of sticky stains. Dishes, glasses, cups & cutlery were unclean & not properly washed. Wobbly desk is broken, with missing drawers & almost about to fall apart. Desk chair has a loose detached seat. Disappointingly substandard.
