「Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.」

「This condo is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and shopping area. It is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, which was not a problem for us- but could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Jeff was very responsive to all of our questions before we arrived. Excellent communication. We stayed with our 2 teens and everyone liked this place! 」

「This apartment was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in - so well equipped, with beach equipment, a full kitchen and plenty of towels and toiletries, as well as the washer and dryer (and cleaning products) too. The HUGE bed was very comfortable and I’ve never stayed anywhere with a carpeted balcony before! Even the little touches, like shopping bags to borrow to stock up with groceries. Supermarkets were just a couple of minutes drive, and the Kona Brewery less than 10 mins walk. The pool was...

「From the moment we arrived, we knew this was the perfect house for us. The lush surroundings were exactly what we love, and the view from inside was absolutely stunning. It was peaceful and quiet we especially enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds in the morning. The house was very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. The location was perfect close to the beach, shops, grocery stores, and the farmers market. We’ll definitely be back!」
