「Terrible experience, we booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. We were put in a room that was basically a loft, huge opening in the wall (12ft x5ft) that over looked the living room. Not a closed 2nd bedroom, no privacy, no air circulation, no fan, no windows to open. Asked for another room. Was told no, we’re booked and short staffed so can’t move you.
