「From the time of check-in everything was just perfect. The staff is very friendly and professional. Location is very convenient , walking distance to all kinds of Restaurants and Coffee shops. Streetcar stopping right in front of the hotel is a bonus. All in all it was a wonderful experience. 」

「Overall speaking, this hotel is good. The worst part was the 2 breakfast boxes we purchased. We found the cheese & egg sandwiches were moldy terribly until we almost finished them. That was really GROSS! But the airport shuttle bus service was AWESOME. 」

「The motel was great. We had breakfast at Sujo and our waitress was was loud and more worried about a couple in the corner than any of her other tables. She was training and we heard her reprimanding another waitress right next to our table and then blaming the training for table order delay at several tables not just the fact that she was talking to that corner table the whole hour we were there. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable breakfast 」
