"Rooms were clean, wait staff was attentive and truly friendly"

"Reception staff Can be more pleasant"

"Nice comfortable beds friendly staff. Loved our stay here"

"Great location to visit Wells, easy walking distance to the cathedral without the parking difficulties. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very run down, the floor boards were particularly creaky and everything about the property seemed run down. There were no power points near the bed and the bed was very low and too soft."

"The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. We were sadly there as dad was in palliative care..We had flown in from canada, with broken leg, they let us check in early and were very kind. Room was great for accessibility but it did smell a bit musty/damp - but then had wet room so maybe that is why. "

"Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed"
