The resort was absolutely lovely, offering a beautiful setting that made our stay even more special. It was a delight to indulge in different cuisines and enjoy the vibrant culinary offerings. The staff truly made our trip exceptional. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I want to especially acknowledge a few staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable: Nardia, Horace, Ocean, Red Bull, KK, Too Short, Konkrete, and Mickey Mouse. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and I am deeply appreciative of their kindness. I can't wait to return to Iberostar Resort. "The room was clean. The pool was good but water was very cold in the pool. The food was very good."

"Internet was fine. Towels and room service good. Food was also good at dining room and jerk center. Need more time slots for restaurant dining. Staff was great. List my beach hat and retrieved at list and found at Front desk. Overall it was a very positive experience."

"Resort was very nice. Staff as a hole was awesome from the time we stepped foot on the property. We will greet it with smiles luggage taken in and checked in with that. We were able to walk around the ground by our room was being prepared. And very helpful. Do not like you to leave without knowing where you’re going and if they can assist to get you to and from highly recommend. "
