"Mi experiencia fue muy mala. Al llegar al hotel intentaron cobrarme una tarifa adicional por mi hija menor de edad únicamente porque es alta y aparenta más edad. A pesar de que es una menor, insistían en cobrarla como si fuera un adulto, lo cual me pareció injusto y poco profesional. Además, la comida fue de muy mala calidad y el trato de varios empleados fue grosero y poco amable. En lugar de ayudar a resolver la situación, solo hicieron que la experiencia fuera más incómoda. Lo más decepcionante fue que reservé a través de Expedia y no recibí ninguna ayuda efectiva para solucionar el problema. Me sentí completamente desamparada tanto por el hotel como por la plataforma de reservas. Definitivamente no recomendaría este hotel y no volvería a hospedarme allí."

"The room we had didn’t have a working phone or safe. There was mold in the bathroom and the shower wouldn’t drain properly. The food was excellent and the entertainment stafff was excellent. They had activities all day and a nice show at night. They were lovely. The pool was right beside the beach. Such a beautiful view. Love the ocean."

"I stayed at Velero Beach Resort and had a very disappointing experience from the moment I entered my room. Right after checking in, I used the toilet and discovered it was broken. The toilet kept flushing, but the flush mechanism got stuck and caused water to overflow onto the bathroom floor and into the bedroom area. This was completely unacceptable for a resort hotel. The flooding right after check-in made the start of my stay very uncomfortable. However, I would like to mention that Wilbert was very helpful during the situation. He quickly sent two employees to help clean up the mess and also arranged a new room for me, which I appreciated. I expected much better maintenance and quality control from this hotel."

"Nice, we like how it look and how big the apartment that we stay at is. You can walk to the beach. It be nice if they have at least coffee on site even if it is for a fee. I do recommend this place. Good price. Our second time staying there."
