"The customer service that we were provided during our 2 day stay. Nicole who checked is abd helped us with numerous issues given we are seniors and technology impaired. Lol. Special thanks to the maintenance man (tall with ponytail) and manager who helped us on 2nd day of our stay. Neglected to grt their names so y apologies. Was able to maneuver wheel chair in room. Shower was awesome! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. If we ever need a hotel in Rhinelander this will be our choice for sure. "

"The Jefferson Street Inn is in an excellent downtown location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars, as well as the Grand Theater."
