"I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Although it was minutes from the airport, it was very quiet. I booked the hotel for its airport location, bc it did not say a deposit was required and bc the cost was $122. I was given an early check-in for an additional $25 that ended up over $29 with tax. However, with check-in on a Friday, my card was charged $422.00. The first charge was $272. The second charge was $150. After inquiring at the ftont desk, I was told it would refund back the next day. Because it was a weekend, my funds were held by the bank and not refunded the next day. It will take about 3 days. If you're traveling, this is not a helpful experience. The hotel staff were nice and a restaurant was at the hotel. Breakfast was an additional $17 and dinner was a 6pm opening. The shuttle service was prompt on the half hour and a plus for staying at this hotel. The AC worked great but the hot water for showering was set at a warm temp without really getting hot. I turned it on to run a bit to heat up but it never did. I think being conservative on hot water defests their purpose when you end up wasting water to try to find hot water. I gave a good rating instead of excellent and would stay again if needed simply because of its cleanliness and safety factors, but I would insist on no double deposit charges."
