「The Internet was fast and available everywhere inside the hotel. Pool is in the 5th floor outdoor. There is Hot tub as well.」

「I had a bad experience during my stay. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was already clogged. I called to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff member didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to move us to another room. Since I was traveling with my kids, this was very inconvenient and we had to keep going downstairs to use the restroom. A working bathroom is a basic necessity, and I expected better service. 」

「The room was OK… The floors were swept but not clean what I mean by that is I wore socks and they were filthy. The shower had mold in the corners, so although the room looked clean, it was far from being clean. Also, I had an incident where several things were left in the room electronic charging cable plugged and serval other things. When I called the front desk 4 hour after I left, they said that the general manager was out and that they would have to call tomorrow when he was back in. They...

「Very clean room, EXCELLENT STAFF from the front desk to the housekeeping staff everyone is VERY NICE and I would highly recommend this place for singles, couples or families! Pets are welcomed and it's a quiet property with very well lit areas that feel safe inside and out. 」
