"I had a bad experience during my stay. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was already clogged. I called to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff member didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to move us to another room. Since I was traveling with my kids, this was very inconvenient and we had to keep going downstairs to use the restroom. A working bathroom is a basic necessity, and I expected better service. "

The building has a fresh smell but there were a few roaches that resided in the bathroom area, and someone should come spray to prevent these type of visitors in the future. "
