「I booked a "superior room" on Expedia at a slightly higher cost. The bill from Oneida CM said "standard room". I sent a message to OCM asking in what way my room is "superior", but I didn't get an answer. The "superior" room pictured on Expedia (with red curtains) does exist, but I was assigned a somewhat smaller room than it. 「The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. 「I reserved a room in April for June 6 and 7. We get the 15 minutes after check in time and told there are no rooms. I told the lady I had a reservation and she says "no room". We did this a few times figuring she thought I was looking to book. Getting frustrated, I went back to my car to show her the reservation confirmation.
